Berry Chia Pudding

with sliced almonds

As a delicious breakfast or sweet snack in between: Chia pudding is quick and easy to make, super tasty and also healthy: calcium, omega 3 fatty acids and tons of vitamins make chia seeds an absolute superfood.

You need:

  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 100 ml Almond Milk
  • 130 g Plain Yogurt
  • 100 g Frozen Berries
  • Sliced Almonds

Here’s how to do it:

Put the frozen berries with the milk and the yogurt in a blender and blend finely. If the pudding is too liquid, simply add a few more berries or some yogurt.

Then mix in the chia seeds.

Place the pudding in a bowl and garnish with sliced almonds.
