Stuffed Mushrooms

Whether as a vegetarian alternative or as a side dish – you can always find these delicious stuffed mushrooms on our grill. They are made super fast and can even be prepared a day before.

  • 2 Large Mushrooms
  • 4 TBSP Sour Cream or Crème Fraîche
  • 1 Block Feta Cheese
  • Scallions
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  1. First, remove the mushroom stalk. Then spread the mushrooms with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
  2. Crumble the feta and fill into the mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with the scallions and you are ready to put them on your grill.
